🎬 What You’ll Be Doing

As our Community Management Intern, you’ll:

  • Run the show on Discord: Keep the vibes alive by moderating chats, answering questions, and hyping up the squad.
  • Post on Reddit like a pro: Share cool content, jump into convos, and get people talking about Futuro in the right spaces.
  • Be the users’ BFF: Talk to our community, listen to their feedback, and make them feel heard and valued.
  • Host fun events: Plan AMAs, challenges, and other dope activities that keep the community engaged and hyped.
  • Track the vibes: Keep an eye on engagement and bring fresh ideas to make the community even better.

You’re the kind of person who:

  • Knows how to build a vibe: You’ve managed or moderated Discord servers, Reddit threads, or other online spaces before.
  • Loves talking to people: You’re a natural at connecting with others and making them feel welcome.
  • Gets our mission: You care about self-care, mental health, and creating positive spaces online.
  • Is always one step ahead: You’re organized, proactive, and ready to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Has big main character energy: You’re creative, fun, and know how to keep things fresh and exciting.
