Sales Associate, Admissions

What you get to do:

  • Provide needed support to help grow vacation package, travel agent sales, and domestic reseller sales for Florida SEA parks
  • Master selling platforms and functionality to ensure all aspects of sales process are current and fully operational
  • Provides support to ensure the efficient implementation of new programs, products and other assets impacting selling channels in vacation packaging, Travel Agent sales and Domestic Reseller Channel
  • Interact, as necessary, with Travel Agents/clients via email, social posts, and phone, to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement programs with direction from leadership
  • Assist in development and delivery of training presentations
  • Monitor Travel agent email, registrations, communications, VAX website
  • Support admissions sales growth through engagement with front line resellers and influencers at locally based Guest Service accounts, Timeshare partners and Vacation Rental Management companies
  • Deliver communication priorities to clients ensuring knowledge and high level of awareness of park attractions and consumer events, and to address any questions or opportunities that arise in the day-to-day
  • Provides other forms of support required to advance sales as needed (ie, creative development worksheets, IP requests, FAM coordination, etc.)
  • Auditing and monitoring individual Preferred Hotel Partner pricing and inventory
  • Collaborate with e-commerce/web team to oversee product build and ensure timeliness of product launch and product testing
  • Conduct training for all Preferred Partner on BGV systems and EZTicket Reseller Program
  • Conduct sales calls to partner properties and ensure all collateral is up to date at all properties
  • Draft partnership agreements and price change notifications
  • Manage guest correspondence regarding BGV
  • Maintain timely and consistent communication with partners, park and guests
  • Increases market awareness
  • Work alongside marketing department to promote park offerings including new attractions, seasonal consumer events, and offerings
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of the Hospitality and/or Attractions industry
  • Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office, Excel, EZTicket Reseller system, Trisept and Tandem
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • 3-5 Years of combined education and industry experience
  • Professional customer service skills
  • Ability to work with various departments and within varying organizational structures to achieve common goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team selling environment
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a company driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • ​Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include opening and late evening hours, weekends, and holidays
