About Attollo Prep: It is a fulfilling time to join the Attollo Prep team. Attollo has undergone a transformational change, going from serving a handful of 12th graders to annually working with over 400 11th and 12th grade scholars from ten school districts across Lancaster County! This has positioned us as the leading college access organization in Lancaster, with an alumni base of 1000+ who are attending or graduated from top colleges and universities across the country, including:

Role Overview: The Attollo Summer Development Intern (ASDI) will primarily work under the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to assist in business development, partnerships, grant opportunities, and financial responsibilities. This person may be asked to work closely with other teams within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support CEO through business development and community partnerships
  • Research and assist with grant applications
  • Assist with QuickBooks management
  • Bookkeeping
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Rising junior or senior in college
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Pursuing a degree in business or related field (preferred)
  • Have discretion around confidential information
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Networking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Canva (preferred)

Hours: This internship is a 10-week commitment. Your standard weekly hours will be Monday-Friday 9AM-3PM (hours subject to change) + occasional weekends and early mornings during peak seasons.

Start Date: June 2nd, 2025
End Date: August 8th, 2025
