WHAT WE OFFER.
- $50,000 – $58,000 annual starting pay based on experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners by understanding and representing their needs and desires to all areas of Copper Shores Community Health Foundation. Building long-term trust with these people is of upmost importance to the long-term success of fundraising.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Help execute fundraising campaigns, manage donor communications, and support events that raise critical funds.
- Maintain and improve donor databases to ensure every contribution is recognized and celebrated.
- Assist in planned and recurring giving programs that inspire generosity year-round.
- Collaborate with Copper Shores’ departments to align donor opportunities with community needs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- A natural connector with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, business administration, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive—a multitasker who thrives on juggling multiple projects.
- Passionate about the Copper Country community and committed to advancing its well-being.
- Experienced in fundraising, donor relations, or event planning (or excited to learn!).
- Familiarity with planned giving strategies, annual giving plans, and capital campaigns helpful.
- Experience organizing fundraising or community-focused events.
- Knowledge of donor stewardship practices and fundraising regulations a plus.
- Tech-savvy, with strong skills in database management (HubSpot) and digital tools.
