Job Title: INTERDEPENDENT Studios Intern (All departments) - Build the Future of Hollywood
Location: In-Person in Bel Air, California (Hybrid Option for those outside LA)
Organization: INTERDEPENDENT Studios
About Us:
INTERDEPENDENT Studios is redefining the entertainment industry by seamlessly integrating advanced AI technologies into filmmaking and studio operations. We are developing a cutting-edge AI-powered environment to enhance efficiency and human productivity with automated workflows on Miro, a virtual collaboration platform. Together with an open system for global access to this collaborative environment, and a unique business model, INTERDEPENDENT is rewriting the status quo in Hollywood and the global film industry.
To give you a taste: We know we can predict the box office success of a film based on the trailer search volume and some other metrics (with > 95% statistical confidence) from a project at Google. So, we've decided it's smarter to make and release trailers to audiences BEFORE spending all our money and time on making the full feature length movie! Instead, we let the audience decide by purchasing a premiere ticket to support the making of that movie after watching the trailer. Or, help us decide after getting to read a full copy of the screenplay in our mailroom whether we should even make the trailer.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, automation, and creative storytelling, contributing to the future of film.
