Director of the Center
The Director is responsible for the day-to-day operation of, and overall function of the Center. The Director must effectively operate and manage all aspects of the school programs, staff and facility, ensuring quality care and education for children; achievement of customer service; promoting the Center and capturing new clientele; and ensuring compliance with Licensing and State standards, policies and regulations.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Maintain high level of enrollment.
- Plan, implement and oversee curriculum and day to day activities.
- Ensure rules and policies are properly followed.
- Identify issues or areas of improvement in the operation of the school and make adequate arrangements for fixing any problems.
- Interview, hire and train new employees.
- Plan and optimize teachers work schedule.
- Supervise staff and provide support as required.
- Maintain Licensing and State required paperwork up to date.
- Maintain student and teacher records.
- Manage day to day correspondence with parents.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct tours.
- Resolve issues with parents, children and staff when required.
- Perform any other reasonable duty as needed for the cohesive operation of the Center.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be Director qualified in the State of Texas.
- Must love children, be friendly, outgoing and reliable.
- Must be organized and able to multi-task.
