Administrative Assistant

This position provides support to the office and employees through clerical tasks, errands, client services.

Administrative Assistant, Front Desk Administrator, Receptionist

  • Serves as receptionist by answering calls and greeting clients.
  • Manages conference room schedules.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail; prepares and records outgoing mail.
  • Maintains appearance of common areas and cleanliness of breakroom/kitchen daily.
  • Runs daily errands.
  • Maintains inventory and organization of office supply closet and maintenance closet.
  • Accepts client documents and payments.
  • Posts client payments.
  • Sets up and maintains client data/profiles in software.
  • Maintains appearance of common areas and cleanliness of breakroom/kitchen daily.

Additional duties an Administrative Assistant may perform:

  • Cross trains with other administrative roles to maintain office efficiency.
  • Stocks workstations with paper and toner
  • Other duties as assigned

  Experience, Education and licenses:

 

  • Two years of customer service in a professional office
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving history

  Software:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
