Administrative Assistant
This position provides support to the office and employees through clerical tasks, errands, client services.
Administrative Assistant, Front Desk Administrator, Receptionist
- Serves as receptionist by answering calls and greeting clients.
- Manages conference room schedules.
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail; prepares and records outgoing mail.
- Maintains appearance of common areas and cleanliness of breakroom/kitchen daily.
- Runs daily errands.
- Maintains inventory and organization of office supply closet and maintenance closet.
- Accepts client documents and payments.
- Posts client payments.
- Sets up and maintains client data/profiles in software.
- Maintains appearance of common areas and cleanliness of breakroom/kitchen daily.
Additional duties an Administrative Assistant may perform:
- Cross trains with other administrative roles to maintain office efficiency.
- Stocks workstations with paper and toner
- Other duties as assigned

Experience, Education and licenses:
- Two years of customer service in a professional office
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
- Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving history

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
