Associate

The Associate is an important member of the search team and responsible for supporting the Managing Directors and Principals in the search process. This role is responsible for initiating the search launch in our Clockwork system, formatting position descriptions, scheduling interview/client kickoff and search update calls, ensuring data integrity, supporting candidate identification, closing the search, and processing job seeker information.
- Set up and close search projects in Clockwork and update project information in Teams
- Ensure data quality in all systems and that the data is entered accurately and timely
- Format position descriptions
- Schedule client calls including kick-off and bi-weekly update calls across all searches
- Schedule candidate interviews across multiple searches, working with client contacts and candidates directly
- Conducts source list and name generation research on selected searches with clear direction from the Principal and/or Managing Director
- Participates in client update calls, and team update calls and keeps the search team informed of scheduling information or changes
- Master use of ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and Clockwork
- Keeps the search team informed of any critical scheduling changes
- Shared responsibility for managing website jobseekers
- Gains the trust and respect of the recruiting organization by staying on top of details, communicating clearly, and meeting deadlines
Required Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or technology
- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and changing environment
- Proficient in MS Office including Teams and experience using ATS or CRM systems
