JOB TITLE
Quality Management Enterprise Systems Intern (QMS)
10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (June 2nd- August 22nd) or (June 16th - August 29th) 40 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will support a Project to support clean-up of orphan courses in GxP (Good x Practice) SuccessFactors, Takeda's Learning Management System (LMS), that were migrated from legacy LMS systems.
How You Will Contribute:
Provide Learning Management Systems (LMS) administrative support applicable to orphan
course clean-up project

  1. Create request tickets in ServiceNow to manage orphan course clean-up project
  2. Draft documents and act as document coordinator in Veeva QualityDocs to support the
    orphan course clean-up project
  3. Engage with the LMS (Learning Management Systems) administrator community to support
    the orphan course clean-up project
  4. Create new curricula in the LMS (Learning Management Systems) and assign Learners
    Internship Development Opportunities:
  5. Experience using two top tier GxP (Good x Practice) applications in the industry (Veeva and
    SAP)\
  6. Experience in two GxP (Good x Practice) quality processes, documentation and training
  7. Enhancing trouble-shooting skills
  8. Experience supporting a global project and engaging with a global community
  9. Opportunity to attend/participate in our Community of Practice sessions and Chat Hours
  10. Opportunity to learn how GxP (Good x Practice) systems are managed/maintained at Takeda through GQ and GMS (Global Manufacturing and Supply Organization) /GQ DD&T (Global Quality Data, Digital & Technology Services
  • DESIRED MAJORS/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS
    Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
  • Sharepoint experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering
  • Highly reliable and a strong team player
  • Flexible with an attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
     

Internship Eligibility
 Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship

Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2025 or later

The internship program is 10-12 weeks depending on the two start dates (June 2nd- August
22nd) or (June 16th - August 29th).  The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames

Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates

Takeda does not provide a housing stipend or relocation support for the U.S Summer
Internship Program
 

YOUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
Takeda’s interview process will consist of between 2-4 rounds. If your resume is selected for further consideration, you will speak with a member of our University Relations to complete a recruiter screen. This call will cover high-level details around your background, interests, skills, and other considerations like eligibility and job requirements. You can also ask any questions about Takeda or the internship program. The remaining 2-3 rounds will be with members of the hiring team – they will be interested in learning more about your skills/experiences as it pertains to the role you are interviewing for as well as your ability to operate in a team setting.


Our interview teams understand that internship candidates may not necessarily have professional work experience in their resume. However, we encourage all students to thin deeply about how other experiences such as part-time jobs, school projects, school extracurricular activities, etc. relate and provide experience transferrable to the role you are interviewing for. As such, we strongly encourage all students to prepare by fully understanding the job description, researching Takeda as an organization, and having a strong understanding of their own work experiences with specific examples from past situations.
