Inside Sales Representative - Beef and Pork (Brea, CA)
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team, selling premium beef and pork products into the Southwest region of the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your sales skills and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the local team and corporate personnel in Springdale, Arkansas, to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage product orders, inventory, and logistics.
- Leverage your sales expertise to increase sales volumes while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Qualifications:
- A four-year degree is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but no cold calling is involved—this role focuses on managing existing accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the beef and pork industry is a plus, but not required.
