Bench Sales Recruiter (Mandarin)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bench Sales Recruiter with Mandarin proficiency to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench candidates, building relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market qualified bench candidates (H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, GC, USC) to clients and vendors.
- Communicate candidate skills and capabilities effectively in Mandarin and English.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Match client requirements with available bench candidates.
- Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
- Identify new clients, vendors, and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure all documentation and agreements are complete for submissions.
- Provide regular updates on placement progress to management.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
- Experience in IT recruitment or bench sales preferred.
- Knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, GC, USC).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
