Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Intern with Mandarin proficiency to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench candidates, building relationships with clients and vendors, and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Match client requirements with available bench candidates.
Negotiate rates and terms with vendors and clients.
Identify new clients, vendors, and partnership opportunities.
Ensure all documentation and agreements are complete for submissions.
Provide regular updates on placement progress to management.

Sales Intern Requirements:

• Degree in marketing, business or similar may be required.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written).
• Strong self-motivation.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in a foreign language would be advantageous.
• Ability to cope with rejection.
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• A professional appearance.
