RWC is building a cohort of interns for the Summer of 2025. This will be a challenging opportunity to build skills in your field and create connections with RWC and peers from other Universities.

Position Summary:

As an intern, you will work under the guidance of our Service Delivery Manager who will provide an overview of our Service Delivery environment. You will learn to support business functions by assisting with the PC deployment project through stakeholder communication and coordination.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

Assist with PC deployment project

  • Communicate and Coordinate PC Refresh with users for their PC/laptop refresh
  • Perform quality checks before commissioning the PC/laptop
  • Work with users to ensure the refreshed PC/laptop is working as expected
  • Update the list with PC/laptop refresh status

 

Qualifications:

  • Troubleshooting PCs and have high-level understanding of PC operating systems, and O365

 

Education: 

Junior in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Data Analytics

 

Experience: 

  • Gain knowledge within Service Delivery and contribute to the PC Refresh project
  • Hands-on PC deployment by leveraging RWC tools as well as assisting in  stakeholder communication and coordination

 

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

  • This position will be located in ­­­­­Atlanta, GA
  • Internship will be Full time, in-office on Monday through Thursdays and remote on Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm EST 
  • Interns are paid an hourly rate of $18
  • Internship will have travel involved including a kick-off in Atlanta and Operations immersion week in Cullman, AL
