Sales Intern - SaaS

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by driving lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and gaining valuable experience in the SaaS industry. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn sales strategies, master CRM tools, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and outreach.

Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.

Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.

Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation campaigns and strategies.

Attend client meetings and product demos as a support resource.

Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare reports for the team.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.

 

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong interest in sales and technology, particularly SaaS solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.

Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
