Office Administrator

Office Administrator:

LRE & Co is a commercial real estate developer that develops hospitality, retail, and multi-family projects in the Western US.

We are looking for a Office Administrator to join our team and help oversee operations across the organizations office and provide administrative support to our company. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, organized, and flexible with new and shifting responsibilities. This position will interface closely with the Leadership committee.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.

·       Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.

  • Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

·       Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

·       Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

·       Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

·       Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.

·       Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

·       High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.

·       2 or more years’ office administration experience.

·       Comfortable handling confidential information.

·       Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
