Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Corporate Communications Associate to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies that align with our organization's goals and values.

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication plans to support corporate initiatives and enhance brand reputation
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and corporate presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
  • Assist in managing media relations, including drafting responses to media inquiries and coordinating interviews
  • Support crisis communication efforts by helping to develop and implement communication strategies during critical situations
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and social media engagement, providing regular reports to leadership
  • Coordinate and assist in the planning of corporate events and initiatives
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the company’s SharePoint-based intranet.
  • Serve as the lead supporting key service line and division team communications, including but not limited to email communications, virtual events, SharePoint updates and other important communication needs.
  • Build strategic communication partnerships and support town hall events for key divisions and service lines, including but not limited to Digital & Data Products, IT and other organizations. Support their individual business communication needs as a valued partner.
  • Support the management and development of monthly metrics and reporting to highlight the impact of the team’s communication efforts.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Knowledge of media relations and public relations practices
  • Understanding of corporate branding and messaging
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 

Additional Information

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $67.000 – $78.000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
