Sales and Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
 

Sales:
 

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through targeted outreach and campaigns.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct product demos, present solutions tailored to client needs, and provide technical guidance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Upselling and Retention: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing customers and work to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
     

Marketing:
 

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and video tutorials to showcase product value.
  • Campaign Management: Design, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and PPC.
  • SEO and Analytics: Optimize digital assets for search engines and track performance using analytics tools to measure ROI.
  • Brand Awareness: Collaborate on strategies to boost brand visibility and establish the company as an industry leader.
  • Event Marketing: Organize and participate in webinars, industry events, and product launches to engage with potential customers.
     

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales.
  • Understanding of SaaS sales models, customer acquisition strategies, and product lifecycle.
  • Good communication, public speaking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
     

Preferred Skills:
 

  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques.
  • Experience in creating and managing affiliate or partner programs.
