As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to help us amplify our online presence and connect with our audience through engaging content.

Job Overview

The Sales Intern will support the sales team in generating leads, building client relationships, and learning the fundamentals of selling home insurance products. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to develop sales skills and gain industry knowledge in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients through research and outreach activities.
• Contact prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to introduce insurance products and services.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for senior sales agents with prospective clients.
• Learn about home insurance policies and provide basic information to clients.
• Support the creation and distribution of sales materials, such as brochures and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress in the agency’s CRM system.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team discussions.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to provide insights for sales strategies.
• Assist in follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic about sales and motivated to learn about the insurance industry.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not required.

• Paid internship $15 an hour plus incentives
• Two 7-hour business days a week (14 hours a week) in the office 9-5 with an hour lunch
