MARKETING MANAGER

We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of brand management and marketing. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and grassroots implementation to drive measurable results. As a key member of the team, the Marketing Manager will work closely with Senior Management to strengthen the brand and achieve business objectives.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), particularly in the food and beverage industry, is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and target audiences.
  • Creative Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop promotional materials, including social media content, event flyers, and other branded assets.
  • Strategic Development: Design and implement both short- and long-term marketing strategies, including product launches, budgets, and measurable goals.
  • Performance Optimization: Track and manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and campaign performance to ensure alignment with company objectives and key results.
  • Brand Consistency: Partner with senior leadership to maintain a unified brand identity and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Channel Strategy: Plan and execute channel strategies, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, PR, and others, while anticipating future opportunities and challenges.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, including A/B testing, focus groups, and social media analysis, to drive data-informed decisions and optimize targeting, messaging, and product strategies.
  • Team Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Brand and College Ambassadors to enhance the company’s reach and impact.
  • Trade Shows & Events: Coordinate and represent the brand at trade shows and industry events to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges, create actionable solutions, and maintain a positive, results-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of product marketing and leadership experience in consumer-facing brands, with a preference for CPG experience. Start-up experience is a strong plus.
  • Location: Office in Orange County, California.
  • Skills: Strong creative, analytical, and project management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Microsoft Office Suite. Graphic design skills, including the Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, Canva.      Basic video editing skills.      Amazon storefront, Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite. Shopify and website design.
