About Us:
Professional Notary Services, a leader in supporting notaries and their businesses, is expanding our Notary Life brand with creative, high-quality marketing materials like business cards, flyers, note cards, and customizable templates to be sold on our Etsy store, catering to notaries nationwide.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Design Intern to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a keen eye for design who wants flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a growing brand.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create marketing materials, including business cards, flyers, note cards, and customizable templates, using Canva.
• Develop visually appealing and cohesive designs tailored to notaries and small business professionals.
• Collaborate with the team to align designs with our Notary Life brand aesthetic.
• Prepare and upload finished designs and templates for sale on our Etsy store, ensuring they are easy for customers to customize.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends to create competitive and appealing products.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Canva with a strong design portfolio.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and an understanding of branding.
• Experience creating customizable templates for clients or online sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Experience designing for Etsy stores or similar e-commerce platforms (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication skills for virtual collaboration.
