Job Title: Social Media & Content Assistant (Hybrid, Full-Time/Part-Time)

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Content Assistant to help expand and manage our digital presence. This hybrid role offers flexibility while providing opportunities to work on exciting projects, including social media content, podcasts, and digital storytelling. The position can be structured as full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's availability and skills.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain social media channels: Instagram, Facebook (business & personal), LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• Plan, schedule, and post engaging content consistently.
• Monitor social media trends and algorithms to optimize content performance.

Content Creation

• Collaborate during weekly content shoots to capture raw video and photo materials.
• Edit and deliver high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including short-form videos, static posts, and carousels.

Podcast Production

• Assist in coordinating and shooting weekly podcast episodes.
• Edit and produce promotional clips, medium-length videos, and full-length episodes for various platforms.
• Manage podcast uploads to YouTube and audio streaming platforms.

Administrative & Creative Support

• Collaborate on content strategy and brainstorm ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
• Track analytics for social media and podcast performance, offering insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management and content creation is preferred
• Skilled in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: Combination of remote work and in-person collaboration.
• Weekly in-person shoots required.
