HR Internship
Milwaukee, Wisconsin based Trinity Senior Services HR Internship is a paid hands-on learning role supporting each area of Human Resources including benefit administration, recruiting, onboarding and new hire orientation, day to day HR operations that includes data input into the payroll system, responding to questions and information requests that come to HR in a variety of ways, shadowing of various HR team members, and many other hands-on opportunities. The HR internship may lead to full time employment.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related program in progress or recent graduate. Other HR internship experience is a nice-to-have but not required. All related and relevant experience will be considered.
Knowledge and/or Skills:
The HR Intern will be trained in all areas related to current employment laws and regulations, employee relations laws, and compliance and other regulations.
Knowledge and experience with technology is essential to success.
Exceptional communication skills, including oral, written and presentation skills is required.
Equipment operation: PC, telephone, printer, copier and other relevant office equipment
