Healthcare Intern (full-time) at Viora Health

Ideal candidate is a recent undergraduate from an accredited 4-year degree program in Healthcare Administration or Public Health and with relevant past internships at a clinic or healthcare startup.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or public health (recent graduate in May 2023 to December 2024)-MUST HAVE

-Past experience through internships or coops at a clinic or healthcare company-MUST HAVE

-Extremely comfortable with using technology apps, video conferencing, online platforms and systems-MUST HAVE

-Extremely adept at using power point for presentations, excel to record data and word for documents-MUST HAVE

-Highly flexible and open to feedback and adapting to change-MUST HAVE

-Experience in inputting soap notes or clinical data in a clinical/doctor's office setting-preferred-GOOD TO HAVE

-Experience in being involved in grant writing, technical documentation, conducting research, collecting and analyzing clinical data for technical submissions

-Quick learner of new systems/technology and execution and results driven- GOOD TO HAVE

-Coaching experience in DPP or lifestyle management is a plus

Responsibilities

-Utilize virtual platform to customize delivery of our program

-Support coaching and operations team members with all aspects of program

-Serve as liaison between technical, sales, business, clinic partners and patients

-Onboard and support patients before and during our program

-Collect data and record information during and pre- and post coaching sessions

-Make presentations to senior management, team members and our partners

-Test new business models, develop and measure KPIs/metrics

-Track participants progress, collect and report data to partners, submit data for billing and accreditation

-Develop programming components to improve engagement and health metrics over time

Duration, Pay, Start Date, Location

Hybrid in Philadelphia or New York city

Hourly pay of $15-24/hour based on experience for up to 35 hours per week

Target start date on Feb 3, 2025
