We are looking for a motivated, creative, and proactive student to join our team for a 12-week, paid remote internship. In this role, you will recruit, develop, and manage a team of TikTok creators to promote our educational apps Feynman AI and Einstein AI, ensuring their content aligns with our brand goals and KPIs. You will implement innovative recruitment strategies, mentor your creators in crafting viral user-generated content (UGC), and analyze performance metrics to optimize the success of the campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit a diverse team of TikTok creators through creative strategies, including on-campus promotional campaigns and social media outreach.
  • Train and mentor creators to produce engaging and viral content, leveraging data-driven insights to improve content performance.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure creators are meeting campaign KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to refine content strategies, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of Feynman AI.
  • Directly impact the growth and success of the brand through your work with TikTok influencers.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media growth strategies, and TikTok trends.
  • Resourceful, creative, and scrappy with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with TikTok trends, platform algorithms, and creating viral content is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor and motivate a team of creators.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance.
    Minimum Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to commit to a 12-week, remote internship.
  • Availability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
