Willow Bridge is currently hiring for a Resident Services Intern to help enhance the resident experience at our communities. This is a paid, full-time 9-week program from June 2nd-July 31st. It will focus on enhancing customer service, communication, and resident satisfaction. You will be provided with training programs through e-learning and shadowing. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience of the daily operations in the property management industry.
The Resident Services Intern will be responsible for assisting the Resident Services team of Willow Bridge Property Company with several initiatives to aid in the service to our property teams. This will be a remote position. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and analytical skills and an eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Learn about and assist the team in rolling out a nationwide survey program:
- Data collection
- Reporting updates
- Create audit plans including training needs for our on-site teams
- Learn about and assist in online audit reputation scores:
- Review websites for accuracy
- Set up recurring reporting to review online data
- Outreach to on-site teams to gather property information and alert them to incorrect data
- Participate in touch point meetings with various members of the team
- Check assigned email regularly
- Check in with assigned manager and internship program directors regularly to report progress, questions, and any concerns that may arise
Qualifications
- Interest or desire to work in property management, real estate, or sales
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to collaborate with team members and use available resources to effectively complete tasks
- Will be a rising Junior or Senior for a degree in a Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field at the time of the first day of the program
