Job Description: nuVizz is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Solutions Consultant to drive the implementation and optimization of our logistics solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality SaaS solutions that enhance supply chain efficiency and digitization. This is an exciting opportunity to influence product design, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to innovative solutions that simplify transportation logistics for businesses worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Support customers in diagnosing issues, optimizing solutions, and addressing queries via calls, emails, and direct interaction.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (development, test engineering, R&D) to ensure product requirements are met and solutions are delivered according to specifications in an Agile environment.
  • Product Development: Assist in the design of new features, create mock-ups, storyboards, and user stories, and support the testing and release of new product versions.
  • Implementation Support: Help onboard new customers, assist in solution rollouts, and provide ongoing production support.
  • Documentation & Analysis: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, including use cases and test scripts, and ensure proper documentation for future product enhancements.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Support software testing, manage quality metrics, and ensure the accuracy of system documentation (user guides, release notes, etc.).
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to R&D and development teams to improve existing features and identify opportunities for automation.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Management Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).  
  • Experience: 2-3 years in software product management or business analysis, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or mobile app solutions.
  • 1-3 years in software implementation or product management or business analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM, wireframe tools, software testing, SQL, and Linux (CENTOS). Experience with mobile device testing (iOS, Android, Windows Phone) is a plus.
  • Communication & Analytical Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with network administration, security, and experience with change management software is a bonus.
  • Legal: Must be authorized to work in the US.
