About the Role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Intern to join our Typecast US team. This position will begin part-time in February, with the potential to transition to a full-time role during a 10-12 week summer internship.
In this role, you will support the growth of our Generative AI products in global markets. Working closely with the Product Manager and CEO in our San Mateo office, your main focus will be to create engaging content that attracts creators to Typecast’s suite of AI tools. You will help execute marketing strategies and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our content meets the needs of our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global marketing plans that align with the corporate business strategy, focusing on content-driven initiatives.
- Generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
- Create and regularly deliver engaging short-form content tailored to our ideal customer profile, utilizing owned media channels.
- Optimize contents considering SEO.
- Conduct customer interviews across the US to gather insights that inform content strategy and product development.
- Assess current marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement, implementing actionable steps to elevate performance.
- Collaborate closely with the product team, ensuring consumer insights and feedback shape product development.
Qualifications:
- Hands on experiences in digital content marketing
- Proficient in WordPress/Content Management Software
- Strong understanding of web publishing requirements
- Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset
- Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
- Expertise in social media platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across different teams, especially with a deep understanding of both Korean and U.S. cultural and business environments.
