As our team is growing, Truity Partners is searching for a Sales & Recruiting Intern to join our Chicago office! This is a paid internship that could turn into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate upon graduation!
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the recruitment of Finance & Accounting professionals by assisting with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and creating job postings
- Perform administrative tasks such as checking references and coordinating background checks.
- Assist with managing the database by updating candidate information, formatting resumes and adding files.
- Perform initial screening of job applicants and document in database.
- Ad-hoc projects as requested.
Qualifications
- Actively pursuing Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, communications, human resources, or related field
- Current Junior or Senior
- Ability to work 18+ hours per week
- Desire to work with people in a sales driven organization
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and priorities
