Lab Technician

LAB TECHNICIAN 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to join our team and contribute to the success of our growing organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the formulation and development of new products under the guidance of senior staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, analyses, and results.
• Prepare and manage laboratory samples, reagents, and equipment.
• Conduct quality control checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Ensure the lab remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
• Prepare and manage SOP (Standard Operation Procedures).
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Biology.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of lab experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety and protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for data entry and reporting.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
