Part-time Math and Reading Tutors/Grading Assistants

Kumon, the world's largest after-school enrichment program, seeks reliable, energetic Part-time Math and Reading Tutors/Grading Assistants for the Kumon of Upper Arlington-North Center.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting students (primarily elementary and middle school) with Math and Reading packets
  • Grading math & reading worksheets

Skills Include:

  • Strong interpersonal/verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and multi-task

* Proficiency in HS Math (Alg II and/or Calc) and/or HS English/Writing is a plus

* Must be available to work Mondays and Thursdays from 4:00-7:00PM. Ideal part time job for high school or college students. Several positions open.

* This position may also lead to increased responsibilities and greater growth opportunities.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Hourly rate: $12.00 - $15.00, based on experience. Performance based increases.
