Partner Development Coordinator

What we’re looking for:
The Partner Development Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for helping to support the Partner Development team to ensure the success of existing portfolio of partners, onboarding new partners and overall campaign management support. The position needs to utilize project management, client management and analytical skill sets in a fast-paced role, while being exposed to all aspects of performance marketing. This position provides a solid foundation for a career path in digital advertising.

- Support campaign implementation and daily management – advertiser/agency correspondence, creative approval facilitation, etc.;
- Gather campaign specifications and assets from agencies & clients, as well as ensure details are accurate and up-to-date;
- Identify opportunities to better optimize campaign results by interpreting standard and custom reports;
- Educate and guide clients/partners on best practices; proactively address areas where improvement is needed;
- Perform diligent and detailed QA on deliverables;
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout the campaigns, prioritize and drive resolution on escalated client issues;
- Translate campaign successes into client presentations and case studies;
- Additional responsibilities as requested by management
Minimum Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferred or professional work experience equivalence (6+ years)
- 1-3 years relevant job experience required;
- Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, be diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, and a highly motivated team player;
- Must be confident working with clients via email, phone, and video conference;
- Must have a friendly, positive, service-oriented personality;
- Strong sense of client service and urgency related to client requests;
- Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to changing tides;
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, and draw strategic recommendations from data analysis;
- Must be highly driven and passionate with a “can do" attitude and a strong desire to grow;
- Must have a strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suite;
- Must be proficient in the English language with strong written grammar and verbal skills;
- Be must located and authorized to work in the United States;
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
