Dynamic and growing investment management legal and compliance firm is hiring a Deputy Director of Operations.  

 

This position will have responsibilities ranging from office operations, HR, accounting, calendar scheduling, event planning, client communications and service provider management.    Great place to work, chance for advancements, friendly and fast-paced work environment. 

 

Qualifications and Characteristics

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential, including by email and telephone

Microsoft Office suite of products (e.g. proficient in excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 

Math skills

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational skills 

Consistent timeliness and professionalism

 

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions for the firm

Maintaining calendars for Partners

Answering phones, greeting visiting clients and guests

Coordinating travel as needed

Firm and Corporate Event Planning as needed

Maintaining office supplies and liaising with Building Management and various service providers

 

Requirements

4-year college degree required

Background and reference checks.  

Experience is not required, Qualifications and Characteristics are a must
