General Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager with 5-7 years of proven expertise in office operations, administration, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth operations, managing office staff, and optimizing workflows. Key responsibilities include supervising administrative tasks, coordinating office resources, managing budgets, and implementing operational policies. The Office General Manager will also act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor senior management teams to meet organizational goals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
- Foster a collaborative work environment and drive employee development initiatives.
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships to support business success.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in senior management or leadership roles.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in operational management and team leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
