Lab and Office Manager

DigiM Solution LLC, a world leader in microscopic imaging, image analysis, and image-based modeling, is seeking to hire a scientific lab and office manager to help support our rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate should have good organization skills, steady and skillful hands to handle samples, be attentive to details, and enjoy working in the office and interfacing with internal colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling, preparing, and shipping samples.
  • Design, implement, improve, and maintain lab management protocol.
  • Work with customers and project teams to manage the imaging pipeline, samples’ lifespan, and determine the imaging plans.
  • Work with many imaging collaborators to implement the imaging plan and follow up with any needed modifications.
  • Verify image quality according to the imaging plan with image processing tools. Respond to lab management related questions internally and externally.
  • Office management

Minimal requirements critical to success:

  • A bachelor degree in a relevant field
  • Enjoy coming to office everyday to fulfill this in person position
  • Flexibility in handling diverse lab and office duties as they come up
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and self drive
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred background and skills include,

  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
  • Relationship management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
