Associate Attorney

BoiesBattin LLP, a law firm specializing in antitrust and consumer protection class action litigation, is accepting applications for an Associate Attorney position in its Fairfax, VA office. Attorneys with 0-4 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will have: 

• a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
• an interest in complex litigation
• the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• strong research, drafting, and communication skills

Interested applicants should be members of the Virginia Bar in good standing or be scheduled to take a bar exam within four months of submitting their application.
