Responsibilities include answering the phones, data entry, scheduling appointments, document and video production, and other projects as assigned.
Successful individuals in this role have outgoing personality with great phone skills, strong computer and internet research skills, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. The candidate must be able to multi task and also be very comfortable using Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
