Legal Receptionist and Filing Clerk

The Legal Receptionist and filing clerk will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. Scanning mail each day and sending via email to attorneys and to paralegals for calendaring. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail. Providing coffee and water to clients before meetings. Keeping confidentiality of the office and professional demeanor at all times. Organizing and keeping files up to date. Answering phones and making sure the messages are received by the paralegal and/or attorney. Keeping the library updated and organized. Ordering lunch and keeping the conference rooms tidy.
