Associate Attorney

Recent law school graduate planning on taking the bar in Alabama. Bar passage in Colorado preferred but not required. 

Emphasis on a student with experience and desire to learn more about start-ups, tech focused companies, and emerging markets including digital assets, cybersecurity, mycology, and cannabis. 

This is a work from home opportunity, with semi-regular travel to meet in-person and travel for events and conferences.

Primary workload will be legal research, and creating first drafts of legal documents. Secondary workload will be assisting with filing and document review. 

Being a current solo practice, it is imperative you are able to speak-up and provide feedback on your experience and what support you need to be successful.
