Gymnastics and Ninja Coaches

About the Position:

We are looking for individuals with any type of sports coaching experience who love kids.

Join our team and learn to coach Recreational Gymnastics or Ninja Warrior classes. Gymnastics or Ninja-specific knowledge is not required, we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills.

If you have experience working with kids in sports and a passion for making a positive impact this is a perfect opportunity further develop your coaching and teaching skills while learning new sports.

Position: Recreational and Gymnastics & Ninja Warrior Coaches

Emeth is seeking enthusiastic coaches for:

• Preschool Gymnastics
• Girls Gymnastics
• Ninja Warrior

Role and Responsibilities:

Be the role model and mentor that students admire and need. Harness the fun and motivation of gymnastics or Ninja to instill lasting character traits. Lead your own classes and groups, utilizing a blend of provided curriculum and your creativity. Maintain regular parent communication about student progress.

Compensation:

Earn $10-15/hour, dependent on experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Passion for working with children
• Willingness to take charge of students' athletic and character development, supported by Emeth leadership
• Significant experience with group instruction for kids
• Availability during weekday shifts (3:30-8:30pm) and Saturdays (8:30am-3pm)
• Consistent week-to-week availability for designated classes/groups
• Alignment with our mission and Core Values, including integrating biblical principles into character training
• Physical capacity to stand for 3-6 hour shifts, and provide necessary spotting during coaching

Your Daily Impact:

• Lead daily classes
• Engage in regular communication with students' parents
• Participate in weekly and quarterly staff training
