TAX INTERNSHIP

Great Internship opportunity for accounting student interested in pursuing a career in public accounting.   

East Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch CPA Firm is looking for a motivated & hard -working student to assist in the preparation of individual & business tax returns this tax season           ( January through April 30th). 

Our accounting firm is  the 2024 Winner of the Bradenton Herald Tribune Reader's Choice Award .  We take pride in quality of the work we do. 

We are looking for accounting student(s) who can work part-time between 16 -30 hours per week. We offer a flexible work schedule. Candidate (s) will work as a team with the firm's tax partner who has over 35 years of experience including " Big Four" as well as small firm experience. Candidate will become familiar with U.S. Income tax law , workpaper technique, and develop research skills. Our clients are located in Florida and throughout the US which makes this a unique learning experience. We prepare not only Federal tax returns but also many different State tax returns.

Qualifications: Accounting/Business major or graduate student with a 3.5 GPA or better

Could lead to a future permanent position with the firm for the right candidate.

THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION IN OUR BRADENTON , FLORIDA OFFICE.
