Associate Attorney

Brad Singer Law, P.A. Is looking to add a FLORIDA COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY to our team to handle a high volume of commercial collection and subrogation cases. This role is remote/virtual.

Compensation for role: A base salary, plus bonus structure based on the amount recovered for our clients on cases you handle. Total annual compensation ranges fro 70-125k per year. 

Summary

This remote/virtual position is a vital part of our team. If you are a highly-organized and efficient attorney with strong writing and oral skills, this is an opportunity for you to make a big impact on the success of our legal business. Through collaboration with our attorneys, paralegals, and legal admins, you will handle cases and communicate with clients on a daily basis. Working with digital documents will be a part of your daily responsibilities. You will draft pleadings and motions, negotiate settlements, and communicate with our clients regularly. Motion hearings will be regularly scheduled on your calendar, both remote and in-person.
