Assistant District Attorney

Assistant District Attorney – Seeking an attorney interested in criminal law to fill vacant Assistant District Attorney positions.  No experience is necessary and training will be provided.  Newly hired Assistants will have the opportunity to handle misdemeanors, felonies, conduct hearings, trials, motion practice, appellate practice, and make arguments in open court. Candidates should possess superior oral and written communication skills, as well as a strong character, strong interpersonal skills, and be able to thrive in a high paced working environment.  Ample opportunity available to grow quickly through promotion within the office.  A J.D. degree and admission to the New York State Bar as a member in good standing are required.  The position comes with health care benefits as well as accrued paid personal, sick, and vacation time.  Salary $90,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience.
