Assistant Superintendent
SAU 41 is seeking an Assistant Superintendent beginning July 1, 2025. With an enrollment of approximately 2400 students PreK-12, SAU 41 consists of two elementary school districts (Hollis School District and Brookline School District) that feed into the Hollis Brookline Cooperative School District which serves grades 7-12. In total, SAU 41 encompasses six schools in the communities of Hollis and Brookline. The Assistant Superintendent oversees and administers the development and implementation of the curriculum and instructional program, creates and approves professional development opportunities to support increased student achievement and assists in other areas as defined by the Superintendent. The Assistant Superintendent works collaboratively with the SAU-wide administrative team to move the district to the next level of excellence.
Candidates for this position must hold NH State Certification as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent; minimum of five years of classroom experience; additional five years as a Building Administrator or equivalent preferred; Master’s Degree in Education required; Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies Degree or higher preferred; experience and/or certification focused on curriculum/instruction and/or educational leadership preferred;
