Position: Long term substitute Science Instructor

General Job Description:
- Provide instruction in related technical science as well as traditional science courses
- Differentiate instruction for students with disabilities
- Collaborate with lab instructors to provide correlated academic instruction for program areas
Reports to: Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess or be eligible to receive one of the following: Ohio Integrated Science License (7-12), Biological Science (7-12), or General Science (7-12)
- Must possess the ability to work effectively in an instructional setting with teenage youth
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and community members
- Must possess good computer and technology skills
SALARY:
Subs are paid $130 per day for the first 60 work days. After 60 work days in the same sub position, the instructor will receive $263.08 per day.
