ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR - NORTHWEST WYOMING BOCES - THERMOPOLIS, WY

The Northwest Wyoming Board of Cooperative Educational Services (NW BOCES) is seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Director. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success in education, administration, or a related field. They will be responsible for inspiring and leading the overall operation of the NW BOCES and ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive educational program that effectively meets the unique needs of our special education students. The salary for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience, with a minimum starting salary of $100,000. A competitive benefits package will also be offered.

The NW BOCES is an educational cooperative founded in 1970. It was established to enable member school districts to collaborate and provide specialized educational services to students with severe emotional and behavioral needs who require intensive treatment programs. The NW BOCES is governed by a Board of Directors, comprising one trustee from each member district. The NW BOCES oversees student education and treatment at the Big Horn Basin Children’s Center. The educational and residential treatment program is accredited by the Wyoming Department of Education and licensed as a Residential Treatment Facility. The school provides a comprehensive array of special education programs for students in kindergarten through eighth grade.
