Associate Producer

The Role

WeymouthWatson is hiring a full-time Associate Producer to aid in full-scope production of our events. We are looking for an early career self-starter with a passion for project management and a hunger to learn the logistics of producing a variety of different types of events ranging from bus tours to conferences. This person is a key member of client teams working across our portfolio to support pre-production, event day logistics and post-production alongside other members of our team.

WeymouthWatson

Weymouth Watson is a woman-owned and operated full service event management, content and production agency. Our work is mission-driven and grounded in the principle that success is the product of planning.

Our dedication to process is how we build the pathway from idea to execution, from moment to movement, in an ever-changing political and media landscape. We bring proven expertise to our work from a wide variety of backgrounds. Whether on cross-country bus tours, multi-national summits, or innovative hybrid events, we’ve been behind the scenes sweating the small stuff and maximizing the impact of our client’s vision.

We are a team of doers. Our team is collaborative and creative with a collective focus on getting to yes. We don’t believe in doing things ‘the way they’ve always been done,’ but we abide by the tactics that make an event successful: strong project management; adaptable teams; and clear and concise budgeting. We are committed to equity, both within our company and the vendors we choose to partner with. Learn more at: www.weymouthwatson.com
