Compensation:
- This is a Full Time, 8am - 5pm, 40 hour a week, W2 Employee Position
- $52,000 annually or $25/hour

Responsibilities:
- Bank Account & Financial Oversight
- Tracking Deposits & Expenses
- Overseeing, Approving & Tracking Team Member Timecards
- Processing & Disbursing Payroll
- Overseeing, Approving & Tracking Team Member PTO utilization
- Assisting with Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring & Onboarding Team Members
- Planning Team Events, Processing Incoming Mail
- Assisting Service Lead with tracking, spot-checking and reporting on Service Team Member’s Process Implementation
- Assisting Sales Lead with tracking, spot-checking and reporting on Sales Team Member’s Process Implementation
- Assisting Leadership Team with projecting and tracking Team Member productivity, efficiency and overall workload
- Assisting Service Leader with pre-Service Meeting Prep & post-Service Meeting Activities
- Assisting Sales Team Leader with pre-Sales Meeting Prep & post-Sales Meeting Activities
- Assisting Leadership Team with pre-Tactical Meeting Prep & post-Tactical Meeting Activities
- Assist Leadership Team with pre-Leadership Meeting Prep & post-Leadership Meeting Activities
- Attend & Contribute to Sales Team Meetings & Service Team Meetings
- Oversight of Agency Access & Passwords
- Oversight of Salesforce implementation & Utilization
- Oversight of Customer Relations Manager implementation & Utilization
- Resolving technological mishaps, failures or breakdowns
- Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring & Onboarding New Marketing Assistants
- Managing & Developing Marketing Assistants
- Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring & Onboarding Interns
- Managing & Developing Interns
- Leading Office Meetings
- Take Initiate in continually striving to grow oneself, both professionally and personally
