Registered Dental Hygienist

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to our patients and assist in promoting good oral health practices. We're looking for someone who is a good team player, can adapt quickly to changes, and overall is just pleasant to be around!

**Duties for the
Registered Dental Hygienist:**

- Perform prophylaxis and scaling and root planning

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques

- Take dental x-rays

- Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants

- Maintain patient records accurately

- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment

- Assist in front office duties as needed

**Experience for the
Registered Dental Hygienist:**

- Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA regulations

- Ability to operate imaging equipment

- Experience with Dentrix software preferred

-ability to administered anesthetic preferred

This is a full-time position: 30-36 hrs/week. We currently close the office every other Friday. Fully digital office with no paper charts, digital xrays, CBCT imaging, Primescan and CEREC software. We are also completely out of network with all insurance companies! Hygiene instruments are sent out quarterly to get sharped or re-tipped! We also cover the cost of CE and license dues.
