Position Summary
The FMS Data Entry Operator will become an integral member of the Fact Family FMS Team to ensure excellent customer service, processing and maintenance of data records and upkeep through comprehension of FMS protocols and procedures as well as accurate data entry and effective communication.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Under the direction of the FMS Program Manager, you will:
- Transfer all incoming documents (ex. Invoice, forms, timesheets, etc.) including digital and hard copy to FACT's SharePoint cloud storage and enter the information into the FACT database system.
- Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
- Update participant, employee and service provider's profile information utilizing FACT database system and storing all corresponding documents in their appropriate folders in FACT's SharePoint cloud storage.
- Manage participant accounts by processing invoices, reconciling, tracking all payments and double checking all invoices for payment in each payment cycle.
- Store and submit all participant employees' time sheets for each payroll cycle.
- Monitor all participants, employee and service provider account folders for necessary documentation and accuracy.
- Resolves minor processing problems, seeking assistance from manager or other appropriate staff for issues beyond immediate expertise.
- Provides administrative support, and excellent customer service.
- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry and administrative support. Keying in data quickly, accurately and efficiently.
- Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and adheres to all HIPAA and Confidentiality Standards and Guidelines.
- Performs other FMS functions and related duties as assigned.
- Follows All Safety Procedures.
- Attend and complete all required training as assigned by FACT Management.
- Other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Essential knowledge and specialized subject knowledge required to perform the essential functions of the job:
Job Requirements/Evaluation Factors:
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills - Testing Required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word/Excel) - Testing Required.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be able to fluently read, write and speak in English.
- Bilingual in Spanish - required.
- Minimum of 1+ years working as a Data Entry, Administrative, or related position.
- Experience working with children, adults & families with intellectual, developmental disabilities and other special needs.
- Understanding or willingness to learn basic office equipment and software used by FACT for maintaining records and files (i.e., Microsoft Office, Google, In-House Tracking Systems).
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in data collection.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must pass a Live Scan DOJ Fingerprint background check.
- Satisfactory TB Screening.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, carry and lift to twenty-five pounds.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
