Occupancy and Strategy Planning Analyst (Summer Internship)

GWx touches the lives of every Vanguard employee every day. Working with the overall Occupancy Strategy and real estate portfolio plan.

Primary Responsibilities to include:

  • Working with the overall Occupancy Strategy and real estate portfolio plan to develop detailed analytics
  • Leveraging analytics to help inform business unit strategies
  • Support Strategic Functions – quarterly planning meetings, long term planning and divisional summaries
  • Provide reports to inform global, domestic, building, divisional views using tableau, excel and Power BI

General Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Occupancy Planning
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Data Analytics, Power BI and Tableau
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint acumen to develop presentations inclusive of supporting analytics
  • Strong familiarity with relevant computer programs including Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with process integration and improvements
  • Substantial research and organizational skills
  • Ability to complete assignments independently
